Daily Duties at Cross Pointe, Inc:

Technical trainer for the “Student records” module of the school administration software system. The software provided the needs of everyone in the K-12 school district: administrators can evaluate student populations, allocate resources, and consolidate data, teachers can work with attendance, grades, conduct, and homework, counselors can build schedules; district superintendents can communicate with staff, parents/students can check quiz/test grades, class attendance, homework or graduation plans. As the technical trainer, I provided support the districts when they first started using the software and remained a resource when they needed something update, corrected or installed. Would communicate directly the needs of the district to the software developer.
