Daily Duties at Hofstra University:

Advanced into principal leadership role, directed the university fundraising program and a wide range of donation campaigns, recruiting and leading a team of 20+ students in all aspects of fundraising. Managed an annual program budget of $500K. Designed, coordinated and monitored the annual giving fundraising projects calendar and activities at Hofstra and NYIT and developed marketing strategies for the various populations and regions, directed and planned the organization of the phone center, a telemarketing program, directed and coordinates direct mail, online and other multi-channel solicitation programs, benchmarked with peer institutions to determine and adopt best practices.
