• Handled troubleshooting client network systems for digital, data and, voice lines for company client base. • Handled ping test problem analysis of systems, updated Usoc’s (feature programming identifiers) for proper services and assisted clients through soft resets. • Followed service procedure standards to stay knowledgeable and active with all service requirements. • Used Remedy ticketing system for documenting and closing service tickets. • Handled follow up resolution on escalations with detailed explanation with direct client communication until client verified satisfaction of services.
