Daily Duties at Verizon Connected Solutions:
• Responsible for repairs, installation and, troubleshooting on Cisco network systems and equipment as well as a variety of systems on a wide range of business clients within an enterprise environment, including system crashes, slow-downs and recoveries. • Engaged and tracked issues using Remedy and Icad ticketing systems, with responsibility for the timely documentation and service and resolution coding. • Verified circuits made data, digital and, voice lines true, fault isolation, reimaging, circuit identification as well as escalation after full verification (if appropriate). • Responsible for moves and, migrations for relocating clients, mapping, installing, configuring, pushing, and verifying new and extended lines/networks. • I worked safely, efficiently and, effectively in all conditions and areas, recognized with safety compensation reward (SCR) yearly.
