Led group of eight network and application analyst and ensured timely resolution for outages. Responsible for managing and delegating daily workload for engineers. Managed outage, escalations, and notifications for network outages. Provided daily reports on outages and shift turnovers. Responsible for shift schedules, reviews of employees and new hires. Reported metrics and KPIs to management
