Daily Duties at Comcast:

· Assist with the distribution and installation with accounts. Inform potential customers with new service promotions and assist with digital television migration. Meet or exceed quotas and assist customers with smooth transition from analog to digital in all services cable, high speed internet, and Comcast digital voice phone service. Keep accurate records of all customer accounts and assist with any and all inquires during installation process.
