Daily Duties at Astound Broadband:
Build residential accounts of service for cable, phone and internet through building relationships. Communicate with both the householder and with technical, and management departments. Oversee active and non actives accounts. Handle trouble calls and receive on going learning protocols for both installation and promotional purposes. Meet with clients to complete contract documentation. Achieved sales person of the period twice. Sold over 400 revenue generating units for 2012.
