Daily Duties at Mass. Eye And Ear:

Develop and manage the hospital systems training program. Which inclided hiring a training team, learning the systems, developing the training, managing the schedule of 2 trainers to start which quickly grew to a staff of 5 Training specialist. The team and I served as support staff during major go lives or upgrades and worked with management to help them develop thier staff. Every part of the training program needed to be develop like rosters, training manuals, course material, class handouts or hot sheets and the aquiring of permanent training space.
