Daily Duties at 2d Airlift Squadron:

Provided direct guidance to CEO and 24 hour a day support to 195 personnel and thier families assigned to an aircraft flying unit. Responsible for unit morale, human relations, discipline, adherence to standards, and personal issues staff may have experienced. Reviewed, edited, and recommended changes on all enlisted performance reports and decorations. Reviewed and edited other correspondance, as needed, before it went to the CEO. Provided support and resources for members and/or families in crisis. Deployed with unit in support of operations in Iraq.
