Daily Duties at 43d Medical Group:
Provided direct guidance to CEO and 24 hour a day support to 272 personnel and thier families. Responsible for unit morale, human relations, discipline, adherence to standards, and personal issues staff may have experienced. Reviewed, edited, and recommended changes on all enlisted performance reports and decorations across all disciplines (medical, dental, administrative, logistics, etc.). Provided support and resources for members and/or military families in crisis (housing, financial, hardship, etc.).
