Daily Duties at Columbia University:

Managed the day-to-day operations of the Student Affairs Central Business Office (SACBO) on matters pertaining to budget, human resource and operations for all Student Affairs departments and recognized student groups. Engaged in strategic planning activities with Dean of Student Affairs and Executive team focused on improving the learning and development of students. Ensured that personnel within Student Affairs were set up for success by managing the business operations while they handled the core responsibilities of their respective roles (e.g. student development, enhancing learning for students, crisis management, academic advising, etc...)
