Daily Duties at Stream:

 Monitored the work performed by telephone representatives to ensure quality and customer satisfaction; handled problematic customer issues that had been escalated from representatives.  Reviewed previous day’s call metrics; conducted one-on-one coaching to provide feedback regarding the extent to which representatives had achieved or fallen short of achieving established performance goals; performed minimum of three random quality checks per day.
