Directly managed 64 enlisted medical technicians and 12 administrative staff for a level 1 trauma center emergency department in treatment of an average of 55 thousand patients annually. Assisted department CEO with management of the entire department of 204 medical staff, a $5.6 million budget, space utilization, and training.
