As a Team Leader: maintained accurate documentation; investigated extent and quantity of non-conforming products. Collected, reviewed, analyzed data and made recommendations. As a Supervisor, provided leadership and direction to production employees. Supervised daily activities of the production floor. Conducted forecasting and ensured appropriate level of staffing at all time. Responsible for coaching and training of production team in areas of Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, sanitation, efficient and effective operations process. Worked in collaboration with maintenance to ensure machinery is operational and Standards Operating Procedures are being followed. Utilized quality concepts, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Assisted management in hiring decisions.
