Assisted quality control manager in the safety of food preparation. Conducted tests to comply with safety and USDA guidelines: fat analysis, salt content analysis, moisture content analysis, E-coli and Aflatoxin analysis. Followed strict quality assurance control programs and HACCP during and after processing and preparation. Performed tests to determine taste, texture and presence of spoilage bacteria content. Skilled in using many lab equipments: Calipers/Micrometers, Petri dishes, Laboratory funnels, Micro plate readers, Calorimeters, Inoculation tubes, handheld thermometer.
