Daily Duties at Spiralteck:
Performed daily monitoring and checking of the Background Dump File and user dump files for errors. Perform Hot and cold backups. Gathered and analyzed database statistics and monitored performance. Backup and recovery including RMAN. Disk Partitioning. Install Oracle 10g and 11g application software. Perform daily incremental backup and full weekly backup using Oracle backup utility- RMAN. Perform other duties as requested by senior DBAs.
