Daily Duties at Healthnet/Firsthealth (Review Co):
Production Lead: Heavy volume of daily account management with one of the company’s major accounts (Safeway Corporation). Responsible for interacting with 10 different locations in different states. Manage and track workflow to ensure bills are handled within established guaranteed turnaround times. Travel to client site to provide client services, work with clients as needed. Supervise staff members with daily work. Perform Q.C./audits and assist with problem bills. In absence of supervisor, oversee day-to-day operations and provide additional training to staff members when needed. Monitor and ensure staff members are working at optimal levels in a fast-paced production environment. Research and resolve technical questions for individuals in various other on-site offices. In the absence of supervisor, assist supervisor in conducting weekly staff meetings.
