Daily Duties at The Zenith Insurance Co.:
Manage and monitor an individual on-site operation. Monitor aging reports, tracking workflow; keep track of staff’s attendance on a daily basis. Process Re-Evaluation bills and Perform Q.C./audits. Often travel to other offices to provide CA Fee Schedule trainings that are located in Woodland Hills and Florida. Work closely with Compliance Dept. to ensure rules and regulations are up to date. Assist company’s Attorneys go over the Bill Review Explanation Of Review on major lien trials. Assist claims examiners’ questions on injured workers’ treatments authorizations. In the absence of Manager, assist Manager conducting weekly staff meetings. Assist Manager on Employees Annual Performance Review.
