Installed application software remotely via corporate Ethernet Provided desktop support to corporate clients, responsibilities included troubleshooting desktop and peripheral issues, assisting coworkers with hardware and software questions, and programs and deploying, moving and setting up PC's when requested Provided users with access to change system password and administration rights permission upon request Established a telnet session between regional network servers and workstations to test for fault response, uptime status and network connectivity status Wrote Remedy tickets for clients calling in for software and hardware issues request
