Accountable for Technology Reliability Qualification plans for one RF, 4 chipsets and one microprocessor products, all of which were in production for more than 5 years and generated millions of dollars in revenue; timely executions, problem solving, meeting schedules, management reports. Guide foundry reliability engineers, accept foundry fabs test structures, test stress methodology. Fab technical audit, reliability lab and facilities audits, quality systems and documentation.
