Synchronized follow up care upon discharge, and coordinated with trauma team, flight team, disaster and rescue team to evaluate situations and formulate effective decisions for patients. Responsible for patient assessment, reporting, and tracking, as well as operation/testing of patient care monitors, emergency and trauma room equipment, orthopedic and pediatric equipment, IV pumps, and infusion equipment; Cardiac and respitory monitoring devices. Served as new staff employee training sponsor, and delivered orientation and training of critical care trauma room protocols to staff.
