Daily Duties at Exactech:

I not only generate sales myself but I offer product training, support, manage and supervise Sales Reps directly under me within my territory. I am responsible for the development; strategic planning and implementation of marketing tactics designed to expand the territory, assess needs and enhance referrals for both. Through community seminars, advertising and planned events many of which I coordinate myself. I follow up through feedback on benefits, strengths and/or weakness of current methodologies. All the while keeping excellent records, maintaining sales objectives and consistently developing new target lists.
