Assisted VP's of Black Label and Blue Label departments; and all of their direct reports. Heavy calendar management; personal assistance as well as business. Created all correspondence on behalf of VP's; scheduled all design meetings. Creating, editing, managing and inviting all needed attendees to all meetings on behalf of VP's. Managed all monthly expenses, travel, and company invoices for both departments. Coordinated all business meetings; including breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering when necessary. Answered all calls directly to VP's. Coordinated all samples.
