Responsibilities: Reviewed and implemented programs designed to improve skills and quality of life in place for each individual client within this 16 person classroom. Participated in weekly outing designed to improve social awareness and community integration for all of the clients in the classroom who were able to participate Maintained records of documentation for my assigned individuals (six) for the purposes of billing and compliance with NY State and federal regulations and protocols Assisted all individuals to achieve their prescribed daily performance goals as well as prepared, edited and articulated weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for submission to the Assistant Program Director for review and approval.
