1. Direct patient care, including (but not limited to): individual, child, family and couples therapy utilizing empirically validated treatment protocols and trauma-specific interventions 2. Managing formation and development of Behavioral Health Department 3. Administrative, supervisory, personnel, programmatic and procedural responsibilities for Behavioral Health Department and all its clinical employees 4. Clinical supervision for all Behavioral Health staff and students 5. Development and expansion of new and existing services, to include BH specific, integrative and intra-agency programs 6. Public representation of VHcS Behavioral Health Department at TV Castings, Seminars, Conferences and Trainings 7. Professional negotiations with various clinical and academic partners 8. Service on various committees including Quality Assurance, Policies and Procedures, Provider Meetings, Management Team Meeting, Patient Centered Medical Home Task Force
