Up to 360 Reports; 13M annual budget. Within the framework of high performance work teams, structures, leads, coaches and facilitates Manufacturing’s accomplishments while satisfying cost/quality objectives. Manages and maximizes the use of human resources, equipment and facilities. Develops operational plans for cross-functional teams that optimize quality/cost/profitability objectives. Set priorities, develops and implements new processes and recovery plans. Establishes production capacities and monitors production schedules. Provides leadership and interfaces with internal and external customers. Performs various career development, performance plans, appraisals, employee relations’ counseling/coaching of team members. Prioritizes, leads and supports quality processes, including implementation of continuous improvement ideas and customer satisfaction initiatives.
