¬Managed and optimized Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Windows 2003 Server with Active Directory • ¬Installed Point of Sale software such as Sage Accpac ePOS and Crystal Reports 8 • ¬Special responsibility for maintaining the company’s network and troubleshooting client’s workstations for hardware and software failures. Also created and maintained a VPN • ¬Managed the email clients and server using Powweb mbled and repaired computers, provided help desk technical support and maintained employees email accounts on the Microsoft Exchange Server
