Daily Duties at La Fitness:
As a General Manager I am responsible for consistent improvement of club sales and operations through effective planning, implementation, use and exercise of independent judgment and discretion in determining how to best maximize profits,contain costs, and hold club employees accountable. I focus a great deal of time to recruit, hire, and train professional individuals to build a powerful team of sales counselors that can execute and drive business for my club while keeping LA Fitness’ values in mind.
