Daily Duties at 24 Hour Fitness:

Recruited to South Florida’s new market to make quick turnarounds and fast growth. Quickly promoted from sales management roles to a club/general manager. As a Club Manager and DM Player Coach I ensured that all membership, fitness and service (operations) functions with the club provide the best member experience, team member environment, and achieved financial success. In doing so, I recruited, hired, trained, and developed a diverse, high performance team that delivered on company goals and reflected its values. I was responsible for four department head managers and their teams of a minimum of 75 employees many of which are now managers with the company. Appointed in 2010 to run multi-units while in the process of running my own store. Directly assisted Area Director with: New Hire Orientations once monthly, weekly club visits (8-10 units) to assess productivity and success as well as coach club managers, lead conference calls for East Coast division in place of Area Director, time and labor adjustments, payroll and budget auditing for co- managers, grand opening travel to assist new clubs with opening day, and more.
