Daily Duties at Dynamex Inc.:
Managed, Maintained and Troubleshot Information System software and Hardware for over 30 locations throughout the Western United States. Responsible for All Communication services and contracts for existing and new Branch Startups. This included national contracts with Ricoh, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Honeywell and Motorola, and various other smaller providers . Managed a staff of 5 other Regional Managers who oversaw the rest of the United States and Canada. Created ongoing quality relationships with local operational and sales management to achieve mutual tactical goals, including technical sales, support and improved operational efficiencies.
