• Project Manager on a variety of projects from design through implementation consisting of managing the full project life-cycle - including managing the planning, executing, tracking and managing costs/budgets, schedule and scope, working with stakeholders, executives, vendors, and end users. These projects were: o Exchange 2010 migration o intranet web applications, supporting applications teams with oversight and server infrastructure o Sharepoint 2010 upgrades for various tools and sites o EMC eRoom implementation and upgrades for various tools and applications sites o SCOM monitoring o Vantive ITSM (2004) and CA Nimsoft Service Desk (2007 through 2011) o ITIL and MOF implementation. o ISO 27000 documentation, creating new documentation where necessary, managing updates and compliance for ISO 27000 annual audits for a 300+ document library. Secondly, generation of training aids for inter-departmental use and/or end-users.
