Daily Duties at Fox Television Stations:

Oversee payroll operations for 4,250 employees across multiple states. Manage, train, and mentor seven-member team of payroll specialists to ensure alignment with deadlines, regulations, and internal policies. Liaise with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments to coordinate payroll activities; address and resolve issues and errors in a timely manner. Prepare fiscal year-end accruals and adjustments to payroll and benefit accounts. Serve as project manager for cross-functional team handling year-end close.
