Daily duties required directing and ensuring the quality, safety, and continuity of patient care for several units which included: ICU\PCU, Medical\Surgical, Medical\ Telemetry and the PICC\IV Therapy team. Daily accountability also included all aspects of staffing including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and progressive discipline.
