Daily Duties at Pfizer (Formerly Wyeth Vaccine), :
Supervised production and start-up activities involving large scale Fermentation and Recovery of protein-based products derived from bacteria. Separation, Purification, and Chromatography processes. • Responsible for all Fermentation, clarification and recovery processes. Supervised all startup activities including, System Integrated Testing, (DeltaV based DCS controls), author, review and test SOP, MBR, and related documents. • Provided technical direction in reviewing Functional Specs, Detailed Design Specifications, and Phase Overviews. Supported Engineering in all aspects of the project phase and interacted with Performed IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and processes and worked on successful PV that resulted in facility licensing.
