Daily Duties at Rite Aid Pharmacy:
Attend to all customers with prescriptions and those needing help and advise on over the counter medications. Assign different functions to the Technicians for effective work flow.Order drugs through wholesalers for next day delivery. call doctors for questionable prescriptions and counseling patients on the prescribed drugs. Check, log in and balance the control drugs. Handle customers complains and sending reports that need manager's attention such as written customers inquiries and account concerns. Making sure co-pays and insurance billings are in order. Checking will calls to make sure that dispensed drugs are not more than 10 days. Printing daily reports and filing them for auditing. Reviewing and analysing previous days report for guidance on areas for improvement.
