Daily Duties at Citigroup:
• Designed the overall Program Governance structure for enterprise-wide desktop optimization and the bespoke phased plan to migrate 400,000+ user profiles to Win 7 – IE 8 – Office 2010 and the complexity of the proposed hardware stack. • Developed the 4-phase plan to effectively manage multiple and simultaneous migration/optimization efforts across 130+ countries for the Global Consumer, Institutional Client and Corporate lines of business, while accounting for divestitures. • Re-engineered the 500+ person infrastructure organization to support the Program Governance structure, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, outlined detailed processes and escalation paths, identified coverage gaps and deficiencies. • Key deliverables include the following: o Developed program delivery strategy o Defined program communication strategy o Recommended integration strategy for continuous process improvement o Defined approach for shared program management between vendor and internal global PMO o Developed process for issue tracking, remediation, trending, root-cause and reporting o Established program evaluation and progress measurement criteria o Developed program scorecard and capacity management model
