Daily Duties at Passco Management Group:
Directed and implemented the Marketing, Advertising, Event Planning and Sales Programs including promotions and community relations. Marketed the shopping center, recruited new retailers and headed the launch of retailer grand openings. Facilitated the day-to-day business operations of the property including annual budgets, forecasting financial performance, and retailer relations and retention to maximize revenue and cash flow.
