Coach Iraqi Senior Executive Leadership to develop Maintenance sustainment systems to develop resources needed to support the entire wheel and armor fleet of Iraqi Forces; Developed 5 Year Strategic Plan to Optimize Maintenance Operations; developed a forecasted budget for sustainment for fleet of over 32,000 vehicles, 424 variants, to be sustained at full mission readiness status in over 440 locations throughout Iraq; Developed Logistics Doctrine and Policy for Iraqi Prime Minister consideration for implementation to insure Full Mission Capability of all Wheel, Armor, Artillery, Diagnostic Equipment, Night Vision Devices, and Small Arms Weapons.
