Daily Duties at Sci Data Systems, Inc.:
I was responsible for Relational database development and maintenance supporting the U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development Information Systems. Programming in Dbase, FoxPro, Lotus & Excel Macros. I also assisted with Technical writing, on user manuals as well as proposals. SAS Application programmer supporting EPA's National Estuary Database(s), Office of Marine and Estuarine Protection. * Wrote data-step procedures that converted data from many formats into SAS datasets or tables to specifications from staff scientists. MVS SAS and OS/JCL were used to collect and format datasets from tape archives and downloaded to PC SAS for dissemination.
