Daily Duties at Tangoe, Inc.:
Senior Technical Instructor, also acting as the Training Manager. Designed, developed and delivered all classes covering all aspects of the CMP software. Full administrative responsibility for Training department, including P/L, revenue forecasting, scheduling and evaluations. Created video training library containing 24 videos.
