Project Manager / Global Customer Care VPI Lead • Manage the planning, reporting, and execution for assigned VPI (new product introduction) class 2 projects. • Track, prepare and report on project milestone deliverables • Assemble and manage cross functional customer support teams with members from Technical Publications, Training, Warranty, Parts, Service, and Accessories. • Analyze team deliverables to ensure compliance to VPI global standards. • Manage the improvement to the current product process flow and execution • Represent Customer Care department at weekly VPI Core Project team and monthly VPC CRB meetings, to ensure aftermarket perspective / issues / concern are considered in the product introduction and change process. I oversaw 7 accounts. • Maximize leadership skills to develop and execute strategic deliverables to ensure that the Customer Care needs are successfully met through the Value Package Introduction. • Review and analyze functional deliverables to ensure compliance to VPI global standards and continuous improvement. • A-List Champion managing the estimation of 2012 & 2013 resource needs for Customer Care as part of the APP Planning Team. Incorporating inputs from each Customer Care function. VPC Specialist • Initiate and Manage VPC or current product engineering changes for multiple product lines in the VPC team room department. • Train and Coach the Engineering Change Control process. • Increase VPC Team Room exposure as an Engineering Customer Service Department at cross-functional meetings. • Lead and Participate on process improvement Six Sigma projects. • Communications Lead on the Community Involvement Team. VPC Rapid Response Team Leader • Managed the Rapid Response initiative to lead a cross functional team to resolve manufacturing issues to prevent line down issues. • Led team meetings to resolve root causes of open issues and build team communication. • Managed efforts to design a tracking database to record reported issues and ensure timely resolution. • Reported monthly metrics on team performance
