Daily Duties at Ibm:

Project Manager, IT Consultant, Business Lead, QA Manager, Systems Analyst, Validation Manager a) Manage the processes and deliverables for the project life cycle: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing b) Use expertise in system development life cycle (SDLC) to implement solutions that satisfy business needs. c) Use quality assurance expertise to ensure that quality requirements for the product/service are fulfilled. c) Project Communications: - Distribute plans and role/responsibilities for teams and stakeholders. - Document & distribute project status reports; updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Lead team meetings to review detailed plans (tasks, assignments, and action items)and distribute minutes - Provide status and discuss critical issues with Sponsor/Executive Mgmt. - Review team status reports, issues, and risks. Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may effect the schedule, budget, or deliverables. - Identify improvement plans and lessons learned.
