Chief Financial Officer-Responsibilities included all phases of financial accounting of the Bancorp and three bank subsidiaries, chair asset-liability committee managing liquidity and bond portfolio, significant merger and acquisition experience, income enhancement projects and activities, regulatory and related reporting, budgeting and monthly report preparation, including board presentations, external audit and supervisory examinations, supervise staff and related purchasing, accounts payable, and fixed asset management activities, and a member of the Bank’s trust committee.
