Daily Duties at Delps Supply Inc:

I served as the Regional Director for 3 state location Distribution company. I managed staff of 75-100employees. I was the regional Accountant and handled all financial activities for company. I ensured all Financial reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Inventory, Bank Reconciliations, Multi-state sales and use taxes, IFTA, Payroll taxes, and budget preparation was handled. I reported directly to president and assisted with company financial planning with major banking institutions. I managed and was responsible for all H/R functions and employee benefits for each state and region. . I oversaw all Workman's compensation coordinator and 401K management. I managed a staff of ten outside sales and 6 inside sales people.. I served as the primary training instructor and new product advisor .I also handled all Commercial Insurance for company. I was responsible for company profit and loss and budget. I handled all IT related needs for the company including server set up and remote dial-up. I was the company’s Business Analyst for IT and ensured proper software, configuration and set up was handled to accommodate the company needs.
