Daily Duties at Universal Services:
I was Branch Manager of HVAC company who handled all regional area Home Depot contracts. I served in multiple roles which included: Accountant , HR Director, Office Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. I was responsible for: Staffing, Benefits Coordinator, H/R, A/P, A/R, P/R, General Ledger preparation, journal entries, job costing, bank reconciliations, financial review and reporting, budget preparation and fleet management. I also managed a sales team, tracked sales by location, lead generating, job scheduling, and front office management. I was regional contact for all contract negotiations and relations with the Home Depot executives. The branch had 50-75 employees that I was responsible for. Branch was eventually closed when company sold out to National Competitor.
