 Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and negotiating skills to guarantee timely delivery of the core router IP/MPLS backbone network infrastructure to Turk Telekom in Istanbul, Turkey, which is the 13th largest operator worldwide  Liaison between Turk Telekom and prime contractor Alcatel in identifying needs and addressing critical issues  Organized the efforts of cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Software/Hardware Engineering, Product Verification, Networking Engineering, Installation, and Sustaining Engineering. Team projects included the full project life cycle design, configuration, and deployment of new highly scalable, reliable, and cost-effective core infrastructure to support rapid growing customer base; chaired customer-focused meetings to effectively resolve problems
