Daily Duties at Solectron/Flextronics:
-Chosen by the Senior Solectron Design and Engineering (D&E) Management Team for assignment to the newly established global technical program manager position with responsibilities of providing dedicated leadership to the strategic Teradyne account. Technical focal point for all Teradyne account activities within D&E programs -Proficiency in accomplishing full P&L accountability by managing all aspects of outsourced in-circuit test organization Drove the launch of new processes, standards, teams, and technologies into D&E organization to effectively enhance time to market and reduce operating costs Directed the efforts of 60 cross-functional team members by utilizing the blended onshore/offshore delivery model Received recognition as the top performer while a member of the Global D&E Senior Leadership Team.
