Daily Duties at Tennessee Vally Authority:
I served as Project Manager of PC Lifecycle team and process. I managed staff and set Service Level Agreements. I also provided training and identified KIP. I provided leadership for the desktop computer support directly to customers (over 25000 Valley wide). I set up computer related hard ware and install software. I diagnosis and resolve technical issues relating to PC use. I install customer FAP and transfer profiles for the PC Lifecycle Program. I oversaw Asset Management and ran the equipment surplus team. I coordinate and handle all customer relocations related to their computer equipment. I was the lead IT Project Manager for 5 million dollar Print Services revitalization. I was primary contact for individual customer data records per project with administrator level security. I am ITIL Foundation Certified as of July 2011.
