Daily Duties at Continue Care Healthservices Inc:
I served as Director of Payroll and Compensation for 1000 plus employees. I oversee all payroll and compensation functions for Weekly and Bi-Weekly payrolls, Management and Divisional leadership. I ensured accurate time recordkeeping and processing for each payroll. I served as Business Analyst for HR and Compensation evaluating and configuring existing software to become an automated system. The automation was outsourced to ADP for processing of direct deposits. I served as Project Manager in completing Paperless Payroll. I assisted the other directors with HR functions for the all divisions which included benefits, hiring and retention, new employee training programs, background verifications, and terminations .Project Manager for paperless systems and will serve as contact for Electronic Records Management. I oversaw and directed staff to ensure project completion and budget management during Payroll Automation project.
