Daily Duties at Sonus Networks:

-Demonstrate hands-on direction as the Principal Engineering Program Team leader; provide full product life cycle management in the entire aspect of the development and implementation of new HW/SW products from design phase to successful commercialization. Lead a cross-functional international team of up to 90 personnel with revenues exceeding to $100M -Expertly define customer/market requirements, approve functional/technical specifications, and directly collaborate with the Software Development/Hardware Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Systems Verification and Test, Release Engineering, and Finance teams in developing budgets, schedules/timelines, and go-to-market strategies -Proficiently identify and convey project scope as well as incorporate lessons learned to guarantee program milestones and objectives are met -Ensure effective communication between technical/non-technical functions and advise senior management regarding key issues and changes that might impact expected business results
